枚乘（？～前140)，字叔，西汉辞赋家。汉族，淮阴（今江苏淮阴）人。枚乘因在七国叛乱前后两次上谏吴王而显名。文学上的主要成就是辞赋，《汉书·艺文志》著录“枚乘赋九篇”。
枚乘的《七发》是汉赋代表作之一。
