Objective To investigate the clinical value of endoscopic mechanical lithotripsy in management of large common bile duct stones.
结果表明，机械碎石术简易、安全，可提高内镜胆总管取石的成功率。
The results indicate that the technique has being simple to use, uncomplicated and the rate of successfully extraction of CBD stones may be increased.
