本公约应经批准。
加入本公约应通知国际联盟秘书长。该秘书长应将该加入事宜及通知加入日期告知有关国家。
Accession will be notified to the Secretary-General of the League, who will inform all Powers concerned of the accession and of the date on which it was notified.
本公约应适用于已在批准本公约的任何会员国登记的一切航海船舶及此等船舶的船主、船长及海员。
This Convention shall apply to all sea-going vessels registered in the country of any Member ratifying this Convention and to the owners, masters and seamen of such vessels.
