期望理论（Expectancy theory）是由北美著名心理学家和行为科学家维克托·弗鲁姆于1964年在《工作与激励》中提出来的期望理论（Expectancy theory）。
期望理论(expectancy theory)：个体行为倾向的强度取决于个体对这种行为可能带来结 果的一种期望度，以及这种结果对行为的个体来说所具有的吸引力。
