曲马多，英文名：Tramadol（INN），为非阿片类中枢性镇痛药，虽也可与阿片受体结合，但其亲和力很弱，对μ受体的亲和力相当于吗啡的1/6000，对κ和δ受体的亲和力仅为μ受体的1/25。该药是人工合成的，作用于μ-阿片类受体以及去甲肾上腺素和血清张力素系统。
