曲霉病是感染曲霉所引起的一种慢性霉菌病，可侵犯皮肤、黏膜、眼、外耳道、鼻、鼻窦、支气管、肺、胃肠道、神经系统或骨骼，严重者导致败血症。由各种曲霉，主要是烟曲霉引起的疾病。呈世界性分布。曲霉腐生于植物、土壤等处，可产生大量孢子，由呼吸道进入引起呼吸道疾患，也可引起鼻窦、眼眶部感染，皮肤烧伤后可引起感染。机体免疫力差者可以发生感染，少数可血行播散至全身，预后不良。呼吸系统曲霉病可分变应性支气管肺曲霉病、曲霉球（真菌球）及侵袭性肺曲霉病。系统性曲霉病常为血行播散。
