晌午，拼音shǎngwǔ，是俚语，在中原地区，一般指早饭后到午饭前的这段时间，部分地区表示“中午”、“正午”之意。还有的地区表示下午15:00--17:00『未时、申时』时段，以及一日五餐（早点、早饭、晌午、晚饭、晚点）中的”晌午“。
