是安，1979年10月6日出生于上海，中国内地男演员，上海师范大学谢晋影视艺术学院毕业。 1997年出演电视剧《高一新生》而开始演艺生涯。2005年出演了尤小刚执导的古装宫廷剧《太祖秘史》和《康熙秘史》 。2010年参演家庭情感剧《有爱就有家》 。2011年主演刘家成执导的《离婚前规则》，在剧中饰演自由摄影师文浩，为观众所熟知 。同年参演的海关缉私剧《国门英雄》获得第29届中国电视剧飞天奖和“五个一工程”奖 。2013年1月出演都市情感剧《对不起爱上你》。
