日舞（英语：Sun Dance，或Sundance）是一种美洲原住民的祭祀舞蹈仪式，是当地的平原原住民部族的最重要仪式。虽然每一个部族的日舞习俗和表演模式都有所不同，但基本上都包含以下各个部份：
