无思是宋明的理学用语。指的是一种唯心主义的直觉说。唐代李翱在《复性书》中提出：“知本无有思，动静皆离，寂然不动者，是全诚也。”以为知识的获得不是通过思虑，而是由于寂然不动的本心的“光照天地”。北宋周敦颐发挥了这种神秘主义的认识方法。他说:“无思，本也；思通，用也。几动于彼，诚动于此。无思而无不通为圣人。不思则不能通微，不睿则不能无不通；是则无不通生于通微，通微生于思。”
