概述 旗本 はたもと《Hatamoto》 旗本是江户幕府时期石高未满1万石的武士，在将军出场的仪式上出现的家臣，他们为德川军的直属家臣，他们拥有自己的军队，即使薪酬只有100石的家臣，都视为旗本。虽然旗本是江户时代其中一个有名的制度，但是在日本战国时代，部份大名有使用旗本或与旗本相似的制度。旗本一词并非日本所独创，早在中国三国时代，西凉军阀韩遂手下的八员大将便被称之为“旗本八骑”，可见这词早在日本战国之前就已经有了。
