族语（Tu language ）属阿尔泰语系蒙古语族。学术界又称“蒙古尔”语。分布在中国青海省的东部和甘肃省的西部，以青海省互助土族自治县和民和县三川(赵木川、中川、三布拉川)一带最集中。使用人口约10万。分互助和民和两个方言。
