新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）为一种获得性疾病，是多种原因引起的肠黏膜损害，使之缺血、缺氧，导致小肠、结肠发生弥漫性或局部坏死的一种疾病。主要在早产儿或患病的新生儿中发生，以腹胀，便血为主要症状，其特征为肠黏膜甚至为肠深层的坏死，最常发生在回肠远端和结肠近端，小肠很少受累。腹部X线平片部分肠壁囊样积气为特点，本症是新生儿消化系统极为严重的疾病。

Objective to investigate the relationship between invasion of necrotizing enterocolitis and it's relative factors.
方法：应用静脉营养辅助治疗36例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎，同时对有关指标进行监测。
Methods: the treatment of the vein nutrition was applied in 36 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis as a secondary means, at the same time, all the resulted index were measured and inspected.
