文化维度（Culture Dimension） 是荷兰国际文化合作研究所所长霍夫斯塔德(Geert Hofstede)及其同事在对文化因素进行定量研究时采用的概念。1980年，霍夫斯塔德在调查66个国家的117，000位IBM员工的工作价值的基础上，发展出基于西方文化的四个文化维度，即个人主义与集体主义、权力距离、不确定性规避、刚柔性。在随后他和Bond 确立了第五个文化维度，即长期导向。在2010的研究中，他又加入了第六个维度：放纵与约束。
