戏曲曲式所有的一种板式，只念不唱，有节奏，以板击拍伴奏，念词的句式和韵脚与唱词基本相同，篇幅长短不定，在戏曲中一般由丑角使用，有时在唱段中也夹用数板，之后再接唱腔。 岭南地区称这种数板为数白览。
