支渠，又称配水渠道。从干渠取水分配给各用户的输水渠道。一般布置在干渠的一侧或两侧，其设计要求及线路选择，视地形条件而定。支渠在灌溉系统中作为灌区内部分配水量的渠道。上承干渠、下接斗渠。在大型灌区，支渠控制的灌溉面积一般在万亩以上。在田、路、渠、林 配套时，支渠两侧应营造防护林带。
