支护桩英文叫Soldier piles, 又叫king piles或Berlin walls（柏林墙）, 是由间距2-3米的H钢组成的支护系统。 主要承受横向推力的桩。一般用于基坑支护、边坡支护以及滑坡治理，承受水平土压力或滑坡推力，一般比承受竖向力的基础桩需要更高的配筋，也经常和锚杆（索）一起使用（桩锚结构）。
