Traditional casting process was used for casting of the 27 tons axle swing bolster,and the CAE simulation software of InteCAST was employed to optimize the casting process. Finally,the high quality castings were obtained.
采用传统工艺设计方法对27 t轴重摇枕铸件进行工艺设计,并利用华铸CAE铸造数值模拟软件进行辅助设计,通过数值模拟研究,优化摇枕铸造工艺设计,从而获得优质铸件。
