摄谱仪（Spectrograph）是一种可将进入光线分离成频谱的仪器。现有数种仪器基于电磁波确切性质可被称为摄谱仪。 原子发射光谱分析中，试样激发后将光源的复合光经色散分解为不同波长的光谱线，并用感光板记录下来的装置。由照明系统、准光系统、色散系统和投影系统组成。分为棱镜摄谱仪和光栅摄谱仪两种。
