设地面T是水平的平面，而且摄影时像片保持严格水平。从投影中心S到平面T的距离为航高H；到像平面P的距离为摄影机主距f，如图1-1所示： 像片水平和水平平坦地区的像片比例尺 1/m=f/H (1-1) 式（1-1）表示，摄像片上构像比例尺等于航空摄影机的主距与航高之比，所以当像片水平和地面为水平面的情况下，像片比例尺是一个常数。
基于航空摄影测量作业流程进行了航拍试验，分析得出数码航空摄影测量完全能满足大比例尺测图的要求，最后总结了数码相机进行航拍成图的几点结论。
