排泥，海盐制卤工艺。浙江场将粉末状的盐泥堆成小堤，用扒扶将盐泥扒入土笼，肩担至土基中央，堆积如小丘，压实后呈圆锥状，称泥篷。可防雨水浸入，亦便于向溜碗中滴卤。
