排尿反射（micturition reflex）排尿是一种简单的反射活动，但经常在高级中枢控制下进行。当膀胱内贮尿量达到一定程度（400毫升左右），膀胱内压升高到15厘米水柱（13.6厘米水柱=1毫米汞柱）以上时，膀胱被动扩张，使膀胱壁内牵张感受器受到刺激而兴奋，冲动沿盆神经传入纤维传到骶髓的排尿反射初级中枢；同时由脊髓再把膀胱充胀的信息上传至大脑皮层的排尿反射高级中枢，并产生尿意。
