换汇成本是指某出口商品换回一单位外汇需多少元本国货币（人民币）成本。换言之，即用多少元人民币的“出口总成本”可换回单位外币的“净收入外汇”。
但与此同时也带来一些不利影响，如引起进口商品价格上涨、出口换汇成本大幅上升、造成外贸企业经营上的困难等。
