拌饭，菜名。拌饭以“全州拌饭”、“晋州拌饭”最为有名。全州拌饭用的是全罗道的淳昌糯米辣椒酱，品质很高。20世纪80年代中期的全州拌饭煮饭用的是炖鸡或牛里脊的肉汤。米饭要煮得稍硬才好吃。餐具用黄铜器。
韩式石锅拌饭(Bibimbap)是韩国非常传统且常见之料理，韩文bibim是「混合的意思，bap是「米饭，合在一起就是拌饭之意，是非容易自己在家准备的料理。
