抗酸细菌 acid-fast bacteria 指抗酸染色显阳性的细菌（参见抗酸染色法）。最明显的是分枝细菌属。然而，和它近缘的属却无抗酸性，在同一目的放线菌中，有的有抗酸性，有的没有，在分类学上多少有所差异。另外，在其反应上也有程度上的差别。
目的：评价聚合酶链反应（PCR） ，细菌培养，抗酸染色，荧光染色对结核病的诊断价值。
