抗菌谱（Antibacterial Spectrum）是泛指一种或一类抗生素（或抗菌药物）所能抑制（或杀灭）微生物的类、属、种范围。如青霉素的抗菌谱主要包括革兰阳性菌和某些阴性球菌，链霉素的抗菌谱主要是部分革兰阴性杆菌，两者抗菌谱的覆盖面都较窄，因此属于窄谱抗生素（Narrow Spectrum Antibiotics）。
