抽纱工种抽绣的一种。作法是不抽去纱线，而是间隔几根纱收绕一针，使其显出网状的细小孔眼。山东烟台地区称扒丝为叫“扣眼”。烟台的扣眼台布，用棉线在布料上“拉”出细密的洞眼，好像在筛地上衬托着主花，有虚有实，虚实分明，手工精致，在国际上被誉为“花边之冠”。

用1/2汤匙油爆香干葱，下芡汁煮至热透，淋在鱼扒上，饰以葱丝。
Saute shallots in 1/2 tbsp oil. Stir in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steaks. Garnish with shredded green onion.
