手球犯规，是足球术语，是指除守门员外的球员踢球时用肩部以下的整个手臂触球就是犯规。但也有例外，比如运动员是被动的手接触球，即“球打手”，而他的手根本就没有动，这时候就不算是手球。另外当守门员离开了禁区的时候同样是不能用手接触球，否则也算是手球犯规。
故意手球犯规，拍出必进之球，对手球队有相当好的机会罚中点球。
