手指语亦称“指语”，手语中的一种。用手指的指示变化代表字母，按拼音顺序依次拼出词语的语言表达形式。有单手指语和双手指语之分，为聋教育的辅助工具和盲聋人使用的特殊交际工具之一。特点是可分析和拼合语音，表达任何词句，与有声语言的表达顺序完全一致；手指指式数量少，易学易记，但拼打速度比口语慢，且不能形象地表示具体事物，一些国家依据本国的拼音文字制订字母指式，凡模拟拉丁字母形状的指式多有相同或相似之处。
