房室束又称希氏束，是心脏的特殊传导系统的重要组成部分，房室束始于房室交界处的房室结，向下延续于室间隔内，在室间隔的腹部开始分为左右束支。在许多病理情况下，房室束的一部或全部发生传导障碍，即为传导阻滞。如心肌炎、心肌病、洋地黄中毒等，都可能发生房室传导阻滞。
房室束横断面大多为三角形，外包有疏松结缔组织鞘。
