戒行(1856～1937)原籍山东省平阴县薄头村人。原石横圣佛寺主持。戒行青年时代到圣佛寺出家为僧，潜心佛学。曾三次到五台山受戒。1937年6月，戒行圆寂。戒行生前，曾著《医疗礼记》、《百疮疗法》等医著，均佚于战乱。
僧侣戒行不严，教风不正，思想混乱。
