This third captain went up and fell on his knees before Elijah. 'Man of God, ' he begged, 'please have respect for my life and the lives of these fifty men, your servants!
所以耶和华如此说，我必使灾祸临到他们，是他们不能逃脱的。他们必向我哀求，我却不听。
Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.
