工业产品中具有相同特点的零件组，又称零件组。如零件结构工艺相近，外形尺寸、重量相近，零件工序数量、劳动量相近，零件价值、生产间隔期、生产周期相近等综合组成的零件 采用成套件计划单位，必须先按车间(小组)编制零件分组的明细表。在明细表中，载明各有关车间(小组)负责生产该零件组的全部零件名称。厂部给车间(小组)规定生产任务时，不需要列出零件名称，而只需按零件组下达生产任务即可。
