慢性细菌性前列腺炎（CBP）是泌尿系常见疾病，临床上以青壮年多见，其病因复杂，临床表现多样化，病程迁延，可反复发作。患者一般病程较长、症状较重，不但影响正常工作和生活，而且对患者的心理造成很大的压力。经尿道逆行性感染是慢性细菌性前列腺炎的重要感染途径。随着性传播疾病的发病率增加，前列腺炎的发病率也逐渐增加。该病缺乏客观的、特异性的诊断依据，临床诊断时应与可能导致盆腔疼痛和排尿异常的疾病进行鉴别诊断。以排尿异常为主的患者应明确有无膀胱出口梗阻和膀胱功能异常。
