意向治疗分析（intention to treat analysis, ITT） 是指将受试者随机分入RCT中的任一组，不管他们是否完成了试验，或者是否真正接受了该组的治疗，都保留在原组进行结果分析。这种分析方法最大限度地保留了随机化的信息，也有人翻译为“意愿治疗分析”、“即定治疗分析”、“打算治疗分析”、“意图治疗分析”。
