志同，1938年出生于哈尔滨，祖籍山东黄县（今龙口市）。作曲家，词作家，诗人，工程师，一级编剧。发表作品3000余件，创作业绩先后被《黑龙江当代名人》、《中国音乐家大辞典》、《中国文学艺术界名录》、《世界华人文学艺术界名人录》、《世界华人当代名人大辞典》、《世界名人录》等30余种辞书收入。
