心理要素(德psychisches Element)是奥地利马赫用语。指构成心理学研究对象的感觉和感觉复合体。按照马赫的要素说，知觉和表象、记忆、意志、情绪等等都是由颜色、声音、空间、时间、运动、感觉等基本的感觉要素所组成的，“自我”也是由感觉要素构成的一种要素复合体。这些要素和要素复合体是心理学研究的对象,故称为心理要素。
