心悸包括惊悸和怔忡，均为中医病名。是指病人自觉心中悸动，惊恐不安，甚则不能自主的一种症状。 失眠是指经常不能获得正常的睡眠而言。不寐的情况有多种，或不易入睡，或寐而易醒，醒后不能再度入睡，甚至彻夜不眠。
但是再多就会导致神经过敏、心跳加快、心悸、失眠、和烦躁。
