心室晚电位（ventricular late potentials，VLP）指发生在心电图上QRS 波终末部并延伸到ST段内的延迟的心电活动。是一种由部分心室肌的延迟激动所引起的、有一定方向性的高频率低振幅的碎裂心电信号。这种电信号一般在几十微伏以下, 频率在20～120 Hz 范围, 常规心电图无法捕捉, 需要通过信号平均心电图( signal-averaged electrocardiograph) 检测。
