心室壁瘤或称心室壁膨胀瘤，是心肌梗死的后遗症之一，其发生是梗死区愈合过程中心肌由结缔组织所替代，变成无收缩力的薄弱纤维瘢痕区，不能如正常心肌那样承受心腔内的压力。经过数月至数年后，终于不胜负担向外呈囊状膨出而形成心室壁膨胀瘤（慢性）。多见于大面积的心肌梗死。
外科治疗左心室壁瘤可以有效保护心肌，改善病人预后。
