彩色反转片（Color reversal film），又称反转型彩色片、幻灯用彩色片。靠拍摄后的显影处理的色温不同，需要借助LB滤光镜、CC滤光镜补偿色温。与彩色负片相比，曝光的宽容度虽窄，但适当曝光下的色再现性是优越的。从彩色反转片扩印，采用正一正方式（CB照片），或翻成中间底片以负一正方式扩印。以往供作幻灯片放映用，或用作印刷原稿较多。
