形式电荷（英语：Formal charge，简称FC）在化学上是指分配给分子中的一个原子的电荷，并假定所有化学键中的电子在原子之间均等共享，而无论相对电负性如何。当确定某个分子的最佳Lewis结构（或主要共振结构）时，所选结构使得每个原子上的形式电荷尽可能接近于零。
