Distributor specifically acknowledges that any breach of any of its covenants contained in this Section I may cause irreparable harm to the Company and that damages are not an adequate remedy.

Each Party shall have the right to an injunction enjoining any breach of this Agreement and enforcing specifically the terms and provisions hereof.
