弯曲菌肠炎是由弯曲菌感染引起的急性细菌性肠炎。临床以发热、腹痛、腹泻、血便等为主要表现。弯曲菌于1972年自腹泻患者粪便中分离出来，目前是世界范围内引起急性细菌性肠炎的主要病因。
