异面叶（bifacial leaf;dorsiventral leaf）是指叶片两面的内部结构不同，通常是上叶面主要受光，其叶肉细胞呈紧密垂直状排列，形成光合作用效率很高的栅栏组织，颜色深绿。而下叶面主要背光，其叶肉细胞分布松散，形成光合作用效率较低的海绵组织，颜色浅绿。这类叶片在植物界要远远多于等面叶。
