方法：运用紫外分光光度法测定总香豆素含量； HPLC法测定水合氧化前胡素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量。
Methods:The total content of coumarins was determined by UV. The content of imperatorin, isoimperatorin and oxypeucedanin hydrate in different samples was carried out by HPLC.
去根皮北沙参和药材北沙参四种样品中的欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。结果发现上述两种成分在根皮中含量最高，在药材中含量最低。
The result shows that the content of the said two constituents appears the highest in cortex, while the lowest in the original drug.
结果：气相色谱质谱联用技术共鉴定出15种香豆素类成分，主要成分氧化前胡素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的相对含量分别达到42 .40 % ，2 2 .14 %和12 .12 % ；
Result: Total 15 coumarins were separated, the relative contents of oxyimperatorin, imperatorin and isoimperatorin being up to 42.40%, 22.14% and 12.12% respectively.
