开颅又称开颅手术，在临床上一般表现为在患者颅脑损伤或摘除患者脑瘤等情况下进行的手术。开颅手术一般在患者病患部位上的头皮上切开一个U字型的口，然后再头颅上打几个洞，取出相应的颅骨后进行医学操作后放回颅骨缝合伤口。
