干燥指数（Aridity index，AI，或其它缩写形式， 如K等），又称干燥度，是表征一个地区干湿程度的指标。降水代表水分收入，蒸发代表水分支出，多年平均蒸发量与降水量之比称为干燥指数，其倒数称为湿润指数（Humidity index，HI）。
