常 家：位于庆云县城东10公里。明代由安平县迁来常姓定居，村名“常家”。1965年，中王人民公社机关迁于此处，1981年改为常家人民公社（乡），1993年板营乡并与常家乡，1995年常家乡改为常家镇。
