己烯雌酚（Diethylstilbestrol）是人工合成的非甾体雌激素物质，能产生与天然雌二醇相同的所有药理与治疗作用。主要用于雌激素低下症及激素平衡失调引起的功能性出血、闭经，还可用于死胎引产前，以提高子宫肌层对催产素的敏感性。 2017年10月27日，世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单初步整理参考，己烯雌酚在一类致癌物清单中。 2019年12月27日，己烯雌酚被列入食品动物中禁止使用的药品及其他化合物清单。
